Connecting a Grade Item to an Activity

This tutorial shows how to connect a Grade Item to an activity

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the activity you want to associate with a Grade Item. It might be an assignment, a quiz, or like in this example, a discussion.
2. Go to the Assessment tab.
3. Select the grade item.
4. Set a "Score Out Of". In the example, we also have the option of selecting how to score the posts in the discussions forum. Click Save and Close when you are done.
