Auto-Enroll Remaining Students after Self Enrollment to Groups
Auto-enrollment of students who have not self enrolled in groups before a specified deadline can be performed in DTU Learn through the feature known as "Allocate unenrolled users after Self Enrollment expiry date".
The enrollment will happen every hour at approx 32 minutes past.
An example:
If you set the self-expiry date/time to 17:30, the automatic enrollment happens at 17:32.
If you set the self-expiry date/time to 17:35, the automatic enrollment happens at 18:32.
The feature can be found when creating groups of the Self Enrollment type.
In this example, the unenrolled users would be allocated to groups on 25/02/2022 at 00:32.
